摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿急性阑尾炎的临床价值。方法100例急性阑尾炎患儿作为研究对象,均进行彩色多普勒超声诊断,以术后病理结果为标准,分析彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率、漏误诊情况及同类型阑尾炎超声影像特征。结果以术后病理结果为标准,彩色多普勒超声诊断急性单纯性阑尾炎符合率为95.7%,急性坏疽性阑尾炎符合率为92.3%,急性化脓性阑尾炎及阑尾周围脓肿符合率均为100.0%,诊断总符合率为96.0%,漏误诊4例,漏误诊率为4.0%。结论彩色多普勒超声技术应用于小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断中具有诊断符合率较高,患儿痛苦小的优势,该技术操作简便,可重复性高,检测费用低廉,可为临床鉴别及诊断疾病提供客观、准确的依据。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.Methods 100 children with acute appendicitis were studied and diagnosed with color Doppler ultrasonography.With postoperative pathological results as the standard,the diagnostic coincidence rate,missing and misdiagnosis of color Doppler ultrasonography and the ultrasonic image characteristics of the same type of appendicitis were analyzed.Results With postoperative pathological results as the standard,the coincidence rates of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute simple appendicitis,acute gangrenous appendicitis,acute suppurative appendicitis and periappendicular abscess were 95.7%,92.3%,100.0%,and the overall coincidence rate was 96.0%.4 cases were missed and misdiagnosed,and the missed and misdiagnosis rate was 4.0%.Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasonography technology in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children has the advantages of high diagnostic coincidence rate and little pain in children,and the technology is easy to operate,highly reproducible and inexpensive to detect,which can provide objective and accurate basis for clinical identification and diagnosis.
