摘要
在图书馆工作过程中,存在着部门间协同不顺畅、工作效率低下等问题,导致工作进展缓慢。文章通过引入行动学习方法论,论述其在图书馆工作中发挥的作用,进而以广西科技大学图书馆为例,从选择问题、成立议事小组、强调质疑与反思、实施行动策略、促进馆员和团队学习、促进师的作用等行动学习六要素提出工作推进策略,并指出图书馆在行动学习实践中应注意的问题。本研究为提升图书馆工作效率,推进各项工作向前发展提供了理论支持和实践指导。
In the process of library work,there are problems such as unsmooth interdepartmental collaboration and low work efficiency,leading to slow progress.By introducing the methodology of action learning,this article discusses its role in library work,and then takes the library of Guangxi University of Science and Technology as an example to propose work promotion strategies from the six elements of action learning,such as selecting issues,establishing discussion groups,emphasizing questioning and reflection,implementing action strategies,promoting librarians and team learning,the role of promoters.It also points out issues that should be paid attention to in the practice of action learning in libraries.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the efficiency of library work and promoting the development of various tasks.
