摘要
“一带一路”建设为新时期职业教育现代化、高质量发展提供研究范式,文章立足“一带一路”时代发展境遇、职业教育本质特征、人才培养目标旨归,锚定职业教育国际化逻辑理路,以国际化和“大国工匠”精神为人才培养的发力点,梳理了当前我国职业教育国际化人才培养现状问题,主要表现在政策制度环境保障乏力、校企合作形式内容单一、人才培养特色不足等方面,积极求索我国职业教育国际化人才培养实践进路,以期从优化国际化人才培养环境、创新国际化人才培养模式、精准教学内容与课程设置、强化国际化师资队伍建设等方面回应好当前国际化人才培养典型性问题。
The construction of the"Belt and Road"provides a research paradigm for the modernization and high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.Based on the context of the"Belt and Road"initiative,the essential characteristics of vocational education and the goal of talent training,this article anchors the logic of internationalization of vocational education,takes internationalization and the spirit of"great craftsmen for the country"as the starting point of talent training,and analyzes the current situation of internationalization of vocational education in China,The problems are mainly reflected in aspects like the weak guarantee of policy and system environment,the single form and content of school-enterprise cooperation,the insufficient effectiveness of talent training and others.The article also actively seeks the practical approaches to the international talent training of vocational education in China,such as optimizing the international talent training environment,improving the international talent training mode,making teaching content and curriculum more precise,and strengthening the construction of international teaching staff and other aspects to respond to the current typical problems in international talent training.
