职业教育赋能新质生产力:内生机制、困囿审视与纾解方略 被引量:8

Empowering New Quality Productive Forces with Vocational Education:Endogenous Mechanisms,Constraints and Solutions

摘要 新质生产力是指符合新发展理念,代表新技术、创造新价值、适应新产业、重塑新动能的先进生产力质态,其形成和发展的关键要素是科技创新和教育发展。现阶段职业教育赋能新质生产力研究已成为职业教育领域的研究热点之一。在综述学界关于职业教育赋能新质生产力的内涵特征研究的基础上,从内生动力机制、内生运行机制、内生评价机制、内生保障机制等维度分析职业教育赋能新质生产力内生机制;从教育内容与新质生产力需求不匹配、教育模式与教学方法更新不同步、产教融合与校企合作实施不深入、教师教育能力培养与提升不理想等范畴审视其遭遇到的现实困囿。从推进职教体系系统变革,为新质生产力发展注入“新活力”;持续创新人才培养模式,为新质生产力发展指引“新方向”;构建科教融汇的研发生态,为新质生产力发展提供“新动能”;优化教师队伍建设,为新质生产力发展赋能“新变量”等层面提出纾解方略。 New quality productive forces refer to advanced productive forces that conform to the new development concept,represent new technologies,create new value,adapt to new industries,and reshape new driving forces.The key elements of their formation and development are technological innovation and educational development.At present,the research on empowering new quality productive forces in vocational education has become one of the hot topics in the field of vocational education.On the basis of summarizing the research on the connotation and characteristics of vocational education empowering new quality productive forces in academia,the endogenous mechanism of vocational education empowering new quality productive forces is analyzed from the dimensions of endogenous driving force mechanism,endogenous operation mechanism,endogenous evaluation mechanism,endogenous guarantee mechanism,etc.From the perspectives of the mismatch between educational content and the demand for new productive forces,asynchronous updates in educational models and teaching methods,inadequate implementation of industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation,and unsatisfactory cultivation and improvement of teacher educational abilities,the practical constraints encountered are examined.And relief strategies are proposed from aspects of injecting "new vitality" into the development of new quality productive forces by promoting the reform of the vocational education system,guiding the development of new quality productive forces in a new direction by continuously innovating talent training models,providing "new momentum" for the development of new quality productivity by building a research and development ecosystem that integrates science and education,and empowering the development of new productive forces with "new variables" by optimizing the construction of the teaching staff.
