CT/MRI-US影像融合在肝脏超声教学中的效果评价

摘要 目的观察电子计算机体层摄影/磁共振成像-超声融合成像技术(computed tomography/magic resonance imaging ultrasound,CT/MRI-US)在肝脏超声教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2022年4月在中山大学附属第五医院超声科轮转70名影像医学专业的本科实习生为研究对象,按培训时间将这些住院医师分为试验组和对照组,试验组30名学员,对照组40名学员,对照组采用传统模式教学,试验组采用CT/MRI-US影像融合技术辅助传统模式教学。通过综合能力考核、问卷评估和测试成绩对比研究,评估CT/MRIUS影像融合技术的教学效果。结果带教前,两组学生的综合能力,包括知识掌握、沟通技巧、临床思维和知识转化评价得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),带教后,两组各项指标得分均提升,试验组提升幅度更大,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组专业理论笔试成绩及实践技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷调查结果显示,在理论知识掌握和理解、操作方法掌握度、临床思维能力、教学吸引力、学习兴趣、教学模式满意度及总体满意度评估中,试验组各项方面的教学效果评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论CT/MRI-US影像融合技术在肝脏超声教学中具有一定的效果。 Objective To observe the effect of computed tomography/magic resonance imaging ultrasound(CT/MRIUS)image fusion technique in liver ultrasound teaching.Methods A total of 70 undergraduates majoring in imaging medicine were selected from January 2019 to April 2022 in the ultrasound department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital Sun Yat-sen University.The residents were divided into a trial group and a control group,with 30 students in the trial group and 40 students in the control group.The control group was treated with traditional mode of teaching,while the experimental group was treated with CT/MRI-US image fusion technology assisted with traditional mode of teaching.The teaching effect of CT/MRI-US image fusion technology was evaluated through comprehensive ability assessment,questionnaire evaluation and comparative study of test results.Results Before teaching,the differences in scores of comprehensive abilities including knowledge mastery,communication skills,clinical thinking and knowledge transformation between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of the two groups'comprehensive ability increased,and the increase of the test group was greater than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the mastery and understanding of theoretical knowledge,mastery of operating methods,clinical thinking ability,teaching attraction,learning interest,teaching model satisfaction and overall satisfaction evaluation,the scores of 7 aspects of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.001).Conclusion CT/MRI-US image fusion technique has a certain effect on liver ultrasound teaching.
