摘要
目的观察针刺联合推拿对神经根型颈椎病(CR)的治疗效果及对肩部疼痛、颈椎活动度的影响。方法将我院80例CR患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组采用颈椎牵引治疗,治疗组在颈椎牵引治疗基础上应用针刺和推拿治疗。对比两组临床疗效、肩部疼痛(VAS)、颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分、颈椎活动度、中医证候评分。结果治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VAS评分、中医证候评分低于治疗前,两组CASCS评分、颈椎活动度(前屈、后伸、左屈、右屈、左旋、右旋)高于治疗前;且治疗组VAS评分、中医证候评分低于对照组,治疗组CASCS评分、颈椎活动度(前屈、后伸、左屈、右屈、左旋、右旋)高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针刺联合推拿对CR的治疗效果显著,可降低肩部疼痛,提高颈椎活动度,改善症状。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with massage on cervical radiculopathy(CR)and its effects on shoulder pain and cervical spine mobility.Methods Eighty CR patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases each.Control group was treated with cervical traction,while treatment group was treated with acupuncture and massage on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,clinical evaluation scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS),cervical spine mobility,and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than control group;the VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group;the CASCS score,cervical spine mobility(forward flexion,extension,leftflexion,right flexion,left rotation,right rotation)were higher than those before treatment;and were higher in treatment group than control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage has a significant therapeutic effect on CR,reducing shoulder pain,improvingcervical spinemobility,and improvingsymptoms.
