摘要
目的探讨小针刀配合针灸推拿牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年10月潜江市中心医院康复医学科收治的50例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用计算机随机数法将其分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。观察组患者采用小针刀配合针灸推拿牵引治疗,对照组患者采用小针刀治疗。比较两组患者的神经根型颈椎病症状及体征、疼痛感、生活质量评分,并比较两组的治疗效果与不良事件发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的神经根型颈椎病症状及体征评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的疼痛感评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为神经根型颈椎病患者提供小针刀配合针灸推拿牵引治疗,有助于改善患者的神经根型颈椎病症状及体征,减轻患者的疼痛感,提升患者的生活质量,控制不良事件发生率,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of small needle knife combined with acupuncture,massage and traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 50 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Qianjiang Central Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=25)and the control group(n=25)by computer random number method.The patients in the observation group were treated with small needle knife combined with acupuncture,massage and traction,and the patients in the control group were treated with small needle knife.The symptoms,signs,pain and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared,and the therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Small needle knife combined with acupuncture,massage and traction for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can help to improve the symptoms and signs of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,control the incidence of adverse events,and improve the treatment effect.
