基于纳什-斯塔克尔伯格博弈的机组检修决策方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 发电机组的年度预防性检修是保障机组可靠运行与电力系统安全稳定的重要措施。随着电力体制改革,考虑到年度机组检修时段是发电商的主观选择,机组检修计划的编制将从电网公司调度机构直接给定的模式向各个发电商之间相互竞争的模式转变。为此,提出一种考虑梯级耦合的水火电机组检修纳什-斯塔克尔伯格(Nash-Stackelberg)博弈模型,其中领导者为多个发电商,跟随者为调度机构;并提出一种帕累托-纳什(Pareto-Nash)均衡优化算法,将原博弈问题转换为等价的非合作多目标优化问题,并以该多目标问题的帕累托点为基础,采用改进的列与约束算法进一步求得原博弈问题的纳什均衡点。最后,基于修改的IEEE 30节点系统对所提模型和算法进行仿真测算,算例结果证明所提方法可以高效地求得机组检修博弈问题的纳什均衡点,而且纳什均衡点的分布情况也对调度安排有一定的指导作用。 The annual preventive maintenance of generation units is an important measure to ensure the reliable operation of units and the stability of the power system.With the reform of the electric power system,considering that the annual maintenance period is the subjective choice of a generation company(GENCO),the unit maintenance scheduling will be changed from the mode directly given by the dispatching center of the power system to the mode of competition among GENCOs.Therefore,this paper proposes a Nash-Stackelberg game model considering cascade coupling for hydropower and thermal power unit maintenance.The leader is multiple GENCOs and the follower is the dispatching center.It also proposes a Pareto-Nash equilibrium optimization method to convert the original game problem into an equivalent non-cooperative multi-objective optimization problem.Meanwhile,based on the Pareto point of the multi-objective problem,the Nash equilibrium of the original game problem is further obtained by using the improved column and constraint generation algorithm.Finally,the proposed model and algorithm are simulated based on the modified IEEE30-buses system.The results show that the proposed method is efficient in obtaining the Nash equilibrium point of the unit maintenance game,and the distribution of the Nash equilibrium point has a certain guiding effect on the scheduling.
