考虑梯级水电耦合特性的水火电联合检修优化 被引量:10

摘要 新形势下,发电机组检修计划编制需要在保证系统稳定运行的前提下最大化发电商经济效益,并兼顾市场公平性。为提高清洁能源利用率,检修规划和系统运行需要同时考虑梯级电站运行的耦合特性,对此,基于当前我国电力市场建设情况,提出一种考虑梯级水电耦合特性的年度水火电联合检修优化模型编制模式。首先,基于发电商申报的检修信息,设计适用于市场环境的机组检修计划编制模式;然后,考虑梯级水库上下游电站的水力电力耦合关系对检修计划的影响,并联合电网线路潮流、系统可靠性等约束条件,以最大化发电商经济效益为主要优化目标建立模型;最后对某省实际电网进行仿真测算,验证所提模型的有效性和适用性。 Under the new situation,it is required to maximize economic benefits of the generation companies in the premise of guaranteeing the stable operation of the power system when compiling the overhaul plans for the generator units,as well as considering fairness of the market.To improve the utilization rate of the clean energy,the coupling characteristic of the cascade power stations is necessary to be considered for maintenance planning and system operation.Based on the current situation of China's power market construction,this paper proposes an annual hydro thermal power joint maintenance optimization model considering the coupling characteristics of cascade hydropower stations.Firstly,on the basis of the maintenance information declared by the power suppliers,the paper designs a planning mode suitable for market environment.Then,considering the influence of hydro electric coupling relationship between the upstream and the downstream hydropower stations of cascade reservoirs on the maintenance plan,and combined with constraints such as power flow and system reliability,it establishes the model with the main optimization objective of maximizing the economic benefits of power generation companies.Finally,it verifies the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed model by the simulation of a real power grid in a province.
