摘要
[目的]开发一种缩短灭菌乳中糠氨酸含量检测时间的方法,可以提升乳制品质量控制效率。[方法]利用中红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS),定量分析样品中的糠氨酸含量,实现微量糠氨酸的快速简便定量检测。[结果]与农业行业标准方法《NY/T 939-2016巴氏杀菌乳和UHT灭菌乳中复原乳的鉴定》相比,本文糠氨酸定量检测方法结果出具时间由2天缩短至15 min。[结论]该方法重复性较好,精密度和准确性较高,符合检测要求,具有较好应用前景。
[Objective]To develop a method to shorten the detection time of furosine content in the sterile milk,so as to improve the quality control efficiency of dairy products.[Method]This paper used mid-infrared spectroscopy technology combined with partial least squares method(PLS)to quantitatively analyze the content of furosine in samples,and realized the rapid and simple quantitative detection of trace furosine.[Result]This method is compared with the agricultural industry standard method NY/T 939—2016:Identification of Reconstituted Milk in Pasteurized Milk and UHT Pasteurized Milk,the quantitative detection method for furosine developed in this paper reduced the time of results from 2 days to 15 minutes.[Conclusion]The method has good repeatability,high precision and accuracy,meets the detection requirements,and has a good application prospect.
