摘要 目的分析BOPPPS联合情景模拟法在麻醉学教学中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2020年9月至12月南昌大学第一附属医院的32名麻醉学本科在读学生作为情景模拟组,2021年9月至12月的32名麻醉学本科在读学生作为联合组,情景模拟组采用情景模拟法进行教学,联合组采用BOPPPS联合情景模拟法完成麻醉学教学工作。比较两组的考核成绩评分、临床决策能力量化评分和学习能力量化评分。结果联合组考核成绩、除系统化能力外的临床决策能力量化评分、学习能力量化评分高于情景模拟组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉科疼痛管理教学过程中,BOPPPS结合情景模拟法的应用能够培养接受教学的麻醉学本科在读学生的自主学习能力,有利于学习成绩的提高,同时也提高麻醉学本科在读学生的临床决策能力,提高麻醉学教学效果。 Objective To analyze the application effect of BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation method in anesthesiology teaching.Methods A total of 32 undergraduate anesthesiology students from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September to December 2020 were selected retrospectively as the scenario simulation group,and 32 undergraduate anesthesiology students from September to December 2021 were selected as the joint group.The scenario simulation group used the scenario simulation method for teaching,and the joint group used the BOPPPS combined scenario simulation method to complete the anesthesiology teaching work.The assessment score,clinical decision-making ability quantitative score and learning ability quantitative score of the two groups were compared.Results The assessment scores,clinical decision-making ability quantitative scores in addition to systematic ability and learning ability quantitative scores in the combined group were higher than those in the scenario simulation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching process of pain management in anesthesiology,the application of BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation can cultivate the autonomous learning ability of undergraduate students in anesthesiology who receive teaching,which is conducive to improving their academic performance,as well as improving the clinical decision-making ability of undergraduate students in anesthesiology,and improving the teaching effect of anesthesiology.
