摘要
医学长学制是我国培养高水平医学人才的有效形式，医患沟通能力是八年制医学生必须具备的基本素质之一。标准化病人能充分发挥模拟患者、评估者和指导者三重作用，可以用于八年制医学生医患沟通能力的考评，有效提高医患沟通能力。
