摘要
医学长学制是我国培养高水平医学人才的有效形式,医患沟通能力是八年制医学生必须具备的基本素质之一。标准化病人能充分发挥模拟患者、评估者和指导者三重作用,可以用于八年制医学生医患沟通能力的考评,有效提高医患沟通能力。
Long educational system is an effective form in training high-level medical talents Doctor-patient communication skill is one of the basic qualifications for 8-year program medical students Standardized patients can be applied in training and evaluating of the 8-year program medical students' ability to deal with doctor-patient relationship so as to cultivate their communication competence.
