摘要
目的探讨六字诀呼吸法联合耳穴压豆在肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)急性加重期康复护理中的应用效果。方法本研究为前瞻性研究,研究对象为河南省人民医院在2020年9月至2022年8月收治的92例肺心病急性加重期患者,利用计算机生成的随机数字分为两组,各46例。对照组接受六字诀呼吸法干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受耳穴压豆干预,两组均连续干预2周。对比两组症状及体征缓解时间、心功能状态以及肺功能。结果观察组呼吸困难、咳嗽咳痰及胸闷缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预2周后的6分钟步行试验(6MWT)步行距离长于干预前,且观察组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组最大呼气流量、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积及1秒率均高于干预前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六字诀呼吸法联合耳穴压豆可缩短肺心病急性加重期患者症状及体征缓解时间,促进患者心功能及肺功能的改善。
Objective To explore the application effect of six-character breathing method combined with ear point pressing beans in rehabilitation nursing of acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale.Methods This study was a prospective study.The subjects were 92 patients with acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from September 2020 to August 2022.The patients were divided into two groups using computer-generated random numbers,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was intervened by the six-character breathing method,and the observation group was intervened by ear point pressing beans on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 2 weeks.The remission time of symptoms and signs,heart function status and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of dyspnea,cough,expectoration and chest tightness in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The 6 minutes walk test(6MWT)after 2 weeks of intervention in the two groups was longer than that before intervention,and the observation group was longer than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The maximum expiratory flow,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second and one-second rate in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Six-character breathing method combined with ear point pressing beans can shorten the remission time of symptoms and signs in patients with acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale,and promote the improvement of cardiac and pulmonary functions.
