摘要
目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合六字诀呼吸操对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及呼吸功能的影响。方法选择2020年9月—2023年9月上海市第三康复医院收治的80例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组采用中药穴位贴敷联合六字诀呼吸操训练,两组均持续治疗3个月。比较两组的肺功能、呼吸功能、生活质量。结果治疗前,两组肺功能、呼吸功能、生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、最大呼气流量、用力肺活量均较对照组大,改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难量表评分较对照组低,圣·乔治呼吸问卷评分较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合六字诀呼吸操能够改善稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能、呼吸功能,可提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with six character breathing exercises on lung function and respiratory function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Eighty stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients admitted to the Third Rehabilitation Hospital of Shanghai from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with six character breathing exercises training,both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Compare lung function,respiratory function,and quality of life between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in lung function,respiratory function,and quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the first second forced expiratory volume,maximum expiratory flow,and forced vital capacity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the modified version of the British Medical Research Council Respiratory Difficulty Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and six character breathing exercises can improve lung function and respiratory function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and improve their quality of life.
