摘要
为解决目前桌面设备数量众多且充电连线繁杂的问题,设计了一种基于磁共振技术的无线供电装置,主要包括发射线圈、发射端电路、接收线圈和接收端电路。其中发射线圈与接收线圈的固有谐振频率保持一致,采用TI公司TMS320F28335芯片控制4路SiC MOS开关管组成的全桥逆变电路为发射线圈提供逆变电源,接收端采用电源芯片GS3671组成的整流DC/DC电路将接收线圈输出的交流电源转换为负载可用的稳定直流电源。通过对不同线圈直径、距离、相对位置的测试,设计装置的接收线圈可以在距离桌面0~15 cm的范围内稳定驱动负载,并保证80%以上的传输效率。
In order to solve the problem of the large number of desktop devices and the complicated charging connection,a wireless power supply device based on magnetic resonance technology is designed,which mainly includes transmitting coil,transmitting circuit,receiving coil and receiving circuit.The natural resonant frequency of the transmitting coil is consistent with that of the receiving coil.TMS320F28335 chip of TI company is used to control 4-channel SiC MOS to provide inverter power.The receiving end uses a rectifier DC/DC circuit composed of a power chip GS3671 to convert the AC power output from the receiving coil into a stable DC power supply that can be used by the load.Through the tests of different coil diameters,distances and relative positions,the receiving coil designed can stably drive the load within the range of 0~15 cm from the desktop,and ensure a transmission efficiency of more than 80%.
