摘要
火针技术是一项操作简便、成本低、耗时短、疗效显著的针灸技术,适用于各科的百余种疾病。在社区应用中以贺氏火针和毫火针为主,目前主要应用于骨科、皮肤科、神经科、外科、妇科等科的疾病,但还有很多被证实治疗有效的疾病在社区未得到火针干预。本文综述火针技术在社区的应用现状及特点,并结合最新研究进展,为未来在社区的进一步推广提供参考。
Fire needle is a technology of acupuncture and moxibustion with simple operation,low cost,short timeconsuming and significant curative effect,which is suitable for more than 100 kinds of diseases in various clinical departments.In the community,He’s fire needle and milli-fire needle are mainly used.At present,it is mainly used in orthopaedics,dermatology,neurology,surgery,gynecology and other departments,but there are still many proven effective diseases that have not been interfered by fire needle in the community.This paper summarizes the application status and characteristics of fire needle in the community,and provides a reference for further promotion in the community in the future combined with the latest research progress.
