摘要
目的:观察清消法治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将118例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组65例采用清消法治疗,对照组53例采用中医外科传统疗法治疗,比较两组的痊愈率、复发率及疤痕面积。结果:①治疗组3个月痊愈率为5%,对照组3个月痊愈率为0,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组6个月痊愈率为29%,对照组为23%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组9个月痊愈率为63%,对照组为68%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②治疗组复发率为6.2%,对照组为18.9%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗组疤痕面积为(0.65±0.09)cm^2,对照组疤痕面积为(1.74±0.2)cm^2,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清消法治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎不仅有很好的临床疗效,而且复发率较低并对乳房外形有保护作用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Clearing and Resolving Therapy in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis.Methods:118 cases of granulomatous mastitis were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(65 cases)was treated with Clearing and Resolving Therapy,and the control group(53 cases)was treated with traditional Chinese medicine surgery.The cure rate,recurrence rate and scar area were compared between the two groups.Results:①The 3-month recovery rate was 5%in the treatment group and 0 in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The 6-month recovery rate of the treatment group was 29%,while that of the control group was 23%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery rate was 63%in the treatment group and 68%in the control group at 9 months,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).②The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 6.2%,while that in the control group was 18.9%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).③The treatment group had a scar area of(0.65±0.09)cm^2,while the control group had a scar area of(1.74±0.2)cm^2.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clearing and Resolving Therapy not only has a good clinical effect on granulomatous mastitis,but also has a lower recurrence rate and a protective effect on breast shape.
