无源无线锚杆轴力检测系统设计

Design of Passive and Wireless Bolt Axial Force Detection System

摘要 为解决目前在锚杆轴力检测过程中存在的检测系统庞大、线路繁杂、复杂的电源管理等问题,论证设计了一种无源无线的锚杆轴力检测系统。由薄膜敏感元件联合NFC(近场通信)无源无线检测电路和定制天线组成一个微型锚杆轴力检测系统。连接智能设备的读写控制器与检测系统完成能量交换和数据传输,在上位机上实时查看输出电压与锚杆轴力大小。通过实验数据分析,结果表明该系统可以对锚杆轴力进行检测。 Aiming at the problems of huge detection system, multifarious lines and complex power management in the current bolt axial force detection process, a passive wireless bolt axial force detection system was designed. A micro bolt axial force detection system is composed of thin film sensor, NFC(Near Field Communication) passive wireless detection circuit and customized antenna. The read and write controller of the intelligent device and the detection system are connected to complete the energy exchange and data transmission, and the output voltage and the bolt axial force can be checked on the host computer in real time. Through the analysis of experimental data, it is proved that the system can detect the bolt axial force.
