摘要
设计了一种可根据锚杆力大小变色的监测传感器,观测方便且无需电源供电。利用锚杆力与系统内压力的线性关系,采用内压驱动控制阀的启闭及油路通断,显色区有色液体的组合可实现变色,保证锚杆力的实时监测。经AMESim系统仿真和试验结果表明,锚杆力从0变化到240 kN时先后出现了4种颜色,变色效果明显,传感器具有一定的实用价值。
A new type of color changeable sensor without power supply for monitoring axial force of rock bolt is designed.According to the linear relationship between the axial force of rock bolt and the inner pressure of the system, the opening and closing of the valves are driven by the inner pressure, and the combination of the colored liquid in the accumulator will cause a changed color to ensure the real-time monitoring of the bolt. Four colors will appear respectively when the axial force of rock bolt is changed from 0 to 240 kN through the simulation of the AMESim, the experiment shows that the color can be easily perceived and the sensor is feasible and effective.
