摘要
目的探讨术前心理护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者焦虑及护理满意度的影响。方法将2016年8月~2018年8月我院收治的112例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗患者随机分组,各56例,对照组开展常规护理,观察组落实术前心理护理,评价两组患者心理状态、手术指标及恢复效果,并比较两组护理满意度。结果术前1d观察组轻度焦虑率(37.50%)和重度焦虑率(1.79%)低于对照组(46.43%、25.00%),出院时观察组轻度焦虑率和重度焦虑率(1.79%、0.00%)低于对照组(26.79%、3.57%),P<0.05;观察组术后1d、2d及3d疼痛程度评分均显著低于对照组,且术后排气时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理满意度(96.43%)高于对照组(80.36%),P<0.05。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术前加强心理护理可以有效改善患者的焦虑情绪,稳定术中状态,加快术后恢复,减轻疼痛程度,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods From August 2016 to August 2018,112 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were enrolled and divided two groups,56 patients in each group. The control group were given routine nursing services,while the observation group were used by psychological nursing intervention. The changes of psychological status,surgical indexes and recovery effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The rate of mild and severe anxiety in observation group were lower than those in the control group before 1 d of operative and at the time of discharge(P<0.05). The postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing in observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.36%,P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening psychological nursing intervention before laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improving anxiety,stabilizing intraoperative status,speeding up postoperative recovery,reducing pain,and promote the satisfaction of nursing.
