摘要
区域国别学作为交叉学科门类下的一级学科提出来,并加以系统的规划和建设,是我国学科体系建设进程中的大事,也是当前学术、学科与话语三大体系建设在具体行动上的深入展开。在当前中国崛起,与世界的关系需要重新定位和思考的条件下,开展学科体系建设,具有重要意义。学术研究必须紧扣时代主题而有针对性,三大体系建设落到实处而有实效性。学科体系建设是一项大规模的文化活动,积淀、凝聚现实的需要和民族的智慧,在总结既有经验与方法的基础上,创建多学科交叉的学术学科体系,无疑会推动中国的国际问题研究向更高更深的层次发展跃进。
As a first-level discipline categorized as an interdisciplinary subject,the area studies have been systematically proposed,planned and constructed,which is a great event in the development of China’ s discipline system and the construction of academic,discipline and discourse systems.In the context that China is re-orientating and reconsidering its links to the rest of the world,it is of great importance to construct the subject system.Only by closely targeting at the main theme of the present era and implementing the construction of the aforementioned three systems can the academic study be relevant and effective.The construction is a large-scale cultural process,certainly lifting China’ s international studies to a higher level.This requires accumulating national resources and forming a multi-subject discipline and academic system on the basis of experience and scientific approaches.
