摘要
区域国别研究在当代中国的学科版图中日益受到重视,多学科之间的互动将促进区域国别研究范式的更新。近年来人类学的海外民族志研究在我国方兴未艾,其在海外社会文化研究实践中所确立的学科规范——掌握对象国的语言并通过与研究对象的密切互动来寻求理解他者的路径,将为区域国别研究中语言和跨文化沟通能力的培养提供借鉴。龚浩群从自身参与海外民族志研究和学科建设的经验出发,对中国人类学在区域国别研究中所可能发挥的作用以及人类学与其他学科的关系进行了阐述,并就区域国别研究中语言能力培养的内涵问题提出了建议。在她看来,对语言能力的重视应当与培养文化欣赏的能力结合起来,从事区域国别研究的学者将从基本的人类学素养当中获得新的理解世界的视角。
Area Studies are gaining more momentum in contemporary China,and the interaction among multi-disciplines will promote the renewal of research paradigm for Area Studies.In recent years,the overseas ethnographic study of anthropology is in the ascendant in China.The discipline standard for overseas ethnographic study established in the practice of overseas social and cultural research,which is to master the language of the targeted countries and seek the path to understand the“Other”through close interaction with the research objects,and it will provide reference for the training of linguistic and crosscultural communication capabilities in Area Studies.Based on her own experience in overseas ethnographic research and discipline construction,Prof.Gong Haoqun expounds the possible role of Chinese Anthropology in Area Studies and the relationship between Anthropology and other disciplines.Besides,she puts forward suggestions on the connotation of the training of language capabilities in Area Studies.In her opinion,the emphasis on language capability should be combined with the cultivation of cultural appreciation of targeted countries.Scholars engaged in Area Studies will gain a new perspective of understanding the world from the basic anthropological literacy.
