摘要
目的构建护理人员主导的孕产妇盆底功能康复信息化管理平台,对盆底功能障碍患者应用信息管理平台效果进行探讨。方法将2021年1—12月在广东医科大学附属第三医院(我院)妇产科收治的300例产后盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患者纳入干预组。将2020年1—12月在我院妇产科收治的300例PFD患者纳入对照组。干预组实施“互联网+护理”信息管理平台干预,对照组进行常规护理。分析两组平台使用信息情况、盆底康复中心服务满意度及患者失访比率。结果干预组患者盆底功能评估参与率、参与康复治疗人数、康复设备使用率、健康咨询阅读量、盆底康复中心服务满意度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组康复治疗失访率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院自行开发PFD互联网信息技术平台与具备资质的第三方信息技术平台建立合作机制,依托互联网信息技术,优化患者出院后延续性护理,为患者或罹患疾病且行动不便等特殊人群提供服务,足不出户即可获得便捷、高效、优质的护理服务,进而提高护理服务质量及患者满意度。
Objective To construct the nursing staff-leading information management platform of maternal pelvic floor function rehabilitation and investigate the effect of applying information management platform on patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 300 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University(our hospital)from January to December 2021 were included in the intervention group.Meanwhile,a total of 300 patients with PFD admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of our hospital from January to December 2020 were included in the control group.The intervention group was intervened by"internet plus nursing"information management platform,while the control group was treated with conventional nursing.The comparison of platform information use between the two groups,the service satisfaction with pelvic floor rehabilitation center and the lost follow-up rate of patients were analyzed.Results The participation rate of pelvic floor function evaluation,the number of people participating in rehabilitation treatment,the utilization rate of rehabilitation equipment,the reading amount of health consultation,and the service satisfaction score of pelvic floor rehabilitation center in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The failure rate of rehabilitation treatment in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital develops its own internet information technology platform for PFD diseases and establishes a cooperation mechanism with a qualified third-party information technology platform.Relying on internet information technology,it optimizes the continuous nursing of patients after discharge,provides services for patients or special people who suffer from diseases and mobility problems.Convenient,efficient and high-quality nursing services can be obtained without leaving home,thus improving the quality of nursing services and patients’satisfaction.
