摘要
目的:探究互联网延续性护理对乳腺癌患者术后的身心康复和遵医行为的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月于笔者医院护理部治疗的82例行乳癌根治术患者,随机分为互联网延续性护理组和常规护理组,比较分析两组患者护理干预后院外锻炼依从性、生活质量、遵医行为和术后希望水平。结果:出院1个月、3个月后,互联网延续性护理组患者的院外功能锻炼依从性评分均显著高于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,互联网延续性护理组患者躯体功能、心理功能、生活质量、采取的积极行动(P)评分及遵医行为指标均显著优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于常规护理,互联网延续性护理对患者的术后康复有更好的效果,能显著提高患者的生活质量,有利于患者的心理健康。
Objective To explore the effects of the internet continuous nursing on physical and mental recovery and doctorcompliant behavior of breast cancer patients.Methods 82 patients with breast cancer who underwent radical mastectomy between January 2017 and January 2019 were randomly divided into the internet continuous nursing group and the routine nursing group.The compliance behavior and the level of postoperative hope were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results One month and three months after discharge from hospital,the score of compliance of patients in the internet continuous nursing group was signifi cantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,quality of life,positive action(P)and the indexs of compliance behavior of patients in the internet continuous nursing group were signifi cantly better than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing,the internet continuous nursing has better effects on patients'post-operative rehabilitation,can signifi cantly improve the quality of life of patients,and is conducive to patients'mental health.
