烧结余热发电和SHRT工艺能效与投资对比分析 被引量:2

Comparative analysis of energy efficiency and investment of sintering waste heat power generation and SHRT process

摘要 烧结矿生产中50%以上热能被废气带走,提高余热回收率是烧结节能降耗的关键手段之一。本文对烧结余热发电和SHRT的系统组成和技术原理进行了详尽介绍,并针对不同工艺配置下两种方案的能源利用效率和固定投资进行对比分析。分析结果表明:当将风机能耗一并考虑时,尽管SHRT系统的能量转化率最高,但是整体能耗并不是最低。对于配套两台主抽风机的烧结机规模,综合能耗从低到高:余热发电+变频调速风机系统<余热发电+定速风机系统<SHRT系统;对于配套单台主抽风机的烧结机规模,综合能耗从低到高:余热发电+变频调速风机系统<SHRT系统<余热发电+定速风机系统。且所有模式中,余热发电+变频调速风机系统的节能降耗的效果更为显著。从投资来看,尽管余热发电+变频调速风机系统的投资最高,但是节省的电费能在短的时间内覆盖其高出的投资。 More than 50%of heat energy is taken away by waste gas in sinter production,thus improving the recovery rate of waste heat is one of the key measures to save energy and reduce consumption in sintering.The system composition and technical principle of sintering waste heat power generation and SHRT are introduced in detail,and the energy utilization efficiency and fixed investment of these two schemes under different process configurations are compared and analyzed.The results show that when the energy consumption of fans is considered together,although the energy conversion rate of SHRT system is the highest,the overall energy consumption is not the lowest.For the scale of the sintering machine equipped with two main exhaust fans,the comprehensive energy consumption is from low to high:waste heat power generation+variable frequency speed control fan system<waste heat power generation+constant speed fan system<SHRT system.For the scale of the sintering machine equipped with a single main exhaust fan,the comprehensive energy consumption is from low to high:waste heat power generation+variable frequency speed control fan system<SHRT system<waste heat power generation+constant speed fan system.Moreover,in all modes,the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction of waste heat power generation+variable frequency speed control fan system is more significant.From the perspective of investment,although the investment in waste heat power generation+variable frequency speed control fan system is the highest,the saved electricity can cover its higher investment in a short time.
