摘要
国内钢铁企业不少放散塔采用高炉煤气直燃技术,不仅可以避免直接对空放散产生的环境污染问题,还可以减少高品质煤气损耗。结合唐钢新区高炉煤气直燃放散塔熄火案例,探究了放散塔的熄火原因,明确整改措施,为同行提供参考。
Blast furnace gas direct combustion technology has been adopted in many re lease towers of domestic steel enterprises,which can not only avoid the environmental pollu tion caused by direct air release,but also reduce the loss of high-quality gas.Combining with the flameout case of blast furnace gas direct discharge tower in Tangshan Steel new ar ea,this paper explores the flameout reasons of the discharge tower,defines the rectification measures and provides reference for other steelmakers.
