摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种较为常见的神经退行性疾病。AD的具体发病机制尚不清楚,可能与胶质细胞的增生分化相关。哺乳动物的神经系统主要由神经元和胶质细胞组成。胶质细胞不产生电信号,被认为是神经元的支持细胞。胶质细胞可分化为小胶质细胞、星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞。三者在AD的发生发展过程中发挥着不同的作用。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a common neurodegenerative disease.The pathogenesis is still unclear,which may be related to the proliferation and differentiation of glial cells.Mammalian nervous system is mainly composed of neurons and glial cells.Glial cells do not produce electrical signals and are considered to be the supporting cells of neurons.Glial cells can be differentiated into microglia,astrocytes and oligodendrocytes.They play different roles in the occurrence and development of AD.
