隧道关门塌方自进式救援通道成套装备及技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 隧道塌方尤其是关门塌方事故是隧道施工过程中的主要风险之一,事故发生后被困人员的快速救援是事故救援的关键。目前主流的隧道塌方救援方法有大口径钻机法、小导坑法、液压顶管法、明挖法等,国家隧道应急救援中铁十七局太原队结合多年救援经验和国内多起隧道关门塌方救援实例,针对已有救援设备短板,借鉴盾构施工原理,研发自进式救援通道装备,探索救援装备的小型化、轻量化,进一步提升隧道塌方应急救援水平,特别是对提升施工项目应急救援能力有积极的意义。 Tunnel collapse,especially the door closure accident,is one of the main risks in the tunnel construction process,and the rapid rescue of trapped people after the accident is the key to accident rescue.At present,the mainstream tunnel collapse rescue methods include large-diameter drilling rig method,small guide pit method,hydraulic pipe jacking method,open excavation method,etc.,the Taiyuan Team of China Railway 17th Bureau Group of National Tunnel Emergency Rescue combines many years of rescue experience and many domestic tunnel closure collapse rescue examples,aiming at the shortcomings of existing rescue equipment,learning from the principle of shield construction,developing self-propelled rescue channel equipment,exploring the miniaturization and lightweight of rescue equipment,and further improving the level of tunnel collapse emergency rescue,especially providing positive significance for improving the emergency rescue ability of construction projects.
