精准诊断在内科学血液肿瘤疾病理论教学中的应用

The application of precise diagnosis in the theoretical teaching of hematological malignancies in internal medicine

摘要 随着精准医疗理念的提出,精准诊断的概念也逐渐走入大众视野。精准诊断在血液肿瘤疾病的发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后评估等方面的作用日益凸显。血液肿瘤疾病的诊断已从过去以形态为主的诊断体系,正逐步走向以精确诊断为核心的个体化诊断体系,血液肿瘤疾病也迈入了精确诊断时代。血液肿瘤学理论大课教学过程中应重视血液肿瘤疾病的精准诊断的讲解,不仅可使课程讲解更科学合理,也能激发学生的学习兴趣,与时俱进,进而提高教学质量,这在血液病学理论教学中具有积极作用和重要意义。 With the introduction to the concept of precision medicine,the concept of precise diagnosis has gradually entered the public′s field of vision.The role of precise diagnosis in the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of hematological malignancies has become increasingly prominent.The diagnosis of hematological malignancies has changed from a diagnosis system based on morphology in the past to an individualized diagnosis centered on precise molecular diagnosis,and hematological malignancies have entered an era of precise diagnosis.The precise diagnosis of hematological malignancies should be explained during the teaching process of the hematology-oncology theory course.This will not only make the course explanation more scientific and logical,but will also stimulate students′learning interests and increase teaching effectiveness.
