河南在中国历史上一直是沟通南北方的重要区域,在中华文明起源的过程中发挥了重要作用。河南是伏羲“正姓氏”发生地,是炎黄二帝主要活动地域,是中华姓氏的滥觞之地;河南是夏后氏的活动中心,是商王朝的兴起之地,是中华姓氏制度的发源之地;河南也是周王朝的分封重地,是中华姓氏制度的成熟之地,在中华姓氏形成过程中具有重要的地位。河南是民族融合之地,中华姓氏在这里发展壮大;河南在古代长期居于全国的政治、经济、文化中心,孕育出众多名门望族,成为中华姓氏的重要发祥地;河南自古就是兵家必争之地,中原人因战争、灾荒等原因源源不断地迁徙到全国乃至世界各地,河南成为中华姓氏的扩散之地,在中华姓氏发展过程中具有重要地位。
In Chinese history, Henan province has always been an important region for the communication between the north China and the south China, and played an important role in the origin of Chinese civilization.Henan province is the place where Fuxi rectified “the custom of marriage”,where Yan emperor and Huang emperor carried out most of their activities, and where Chinese surnames originated;Henan province is the place where the Xia dynasty lived as its center of activity, the Shang dynasty started, and the system of Chinese surnames had its source;Henan province is also the place where Zhou dynasty took as its major enfeoffment, and where the system of Chinese surname became mature, which has an important position in the process of the formation of Chinese surnames.Henan is a place of national fusion, where Chinese surnames developed and became strong;in ancient times, Henan was the political, economic and cultural center in China for a long time, and it gave birth to many famous families and became an important birthplace of Chinese surnames;Henan has been a place of strategic importance that the armies wanted to win since the ancient time, and due to war, famine and other reasons the people of the central plain continuously migrated to other places in China or even in the world, so the Chinese surnames were spread out from Henan, which has an important position in the process of the development of Chinese surnames.
