摘要
探讨了接受早期介入治疗的急性脑梗塞患者接受精细化护理后,其各项临床指标的改善情况,以及精细化护理对其生活质量的影响。选取平邑县人民医院2019年5月—2022年5月接收的62例急性脑梗塞患者为研究对象,采用数字表法将其进行分组(对照组和观察组),并给予不同护理方案。患者均接受早期介入治疗,对照组接受常规护理;观察组开展精细化护理。统计不同组别患者的护理效果,包括NIHSS评分值及生活质量评分值间的差异。研究发现,在接受早期介入治疗的急性脑梗塞患者治疗过程中实行精细化护理,对改善患者各项临床指标及生活质量均具有积极的影响。
This paper discussed the influence of fine nursing on improving the clinical indexes and quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction who received early intervention treatment.The 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction received by The People’s Hospital of Pingyi Country from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into standard groups(control group and observation group)by using the numerical table method,and given diff erent nursing plans.All patients received early interventional therapy,while the control group received routine nursing care;The observation group carried out fine nursing.The nursing effects of patients in diff erent groups were counted,including the diff erences between NIHSS scores and quality of life scores.The study found that fine nursing during the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients receiving early intervention treatment has a positive impact on improving the clinical indicators and quality of life of patients.
