摘要
分析、研究支气管哮喘采取综合护理干预的效果及对患者健康知识掌握状况的影响。选取60例于2020年5月—2021年5月在平邑县人民医院治疗的病发支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,依据简单分样法分组,等分为两组,一组为参照组(一般护理),一组为观察组(综合护理干预),比较两组护理效果,包括用药依从性、生活质量和不良情绪对比。用药依从性:观察组对患者用药依从性实施测定,测定值高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量:在活动受限、心理状态等生活质量因子方面,观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良情绪:观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分均比参照组呈现出更低水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。支气管哮喘采取综合护理干预效果确切,值得推广。
To analyze and study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bronchial asthma and its influence on the health knowledge of patients,60 patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in The People’s Hospital of Pingyi Country from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the simple sampling method,one was the reference group(general nursing),the other was the observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention),and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Drug compliance:the drug compliance of patients in the observation group was measured,and the measured value was higher than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Quality of life:In terms of quality of life factors such as activity limitation and psychological state,the observation group was higher than the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Bad mood:SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bronchial asthma is definite and worth popularizing.
