摘要
趋化因子是含有70~125个氨基酸并富含碱性氨基酸的序列,主要包括CXC、CC、XC、CX3C四个亚家族,分别与受体CXCR、CCR、XCR、CX3CR作用,广泛参与组织炎症、损伤修复和多种疾病的发生发展。本文介绍了趋化因子及其受体的最新分类、结构特征和细胞内信号通路,总结了受体亚家族成员CXCR在神经系统中的表达和功能研究进展。趋化因子及其受体作用机制的解析将为药物研发靶点和疾病治疗策略提供参考和依据。
Chemokines are sequences containing 70-125 amino acids and rich in basic amino acids, including four subfamilies: CXC, CC, XC and CX3C, which interact with receptors CXCR, CCR, XCR and CX3CR, respectively, and are widely involved in tissue inflammation, injury repair and the occurrence and development of various diseases. In this paper, we introduce the latest classification, structural features and intracellular signaling pathways of chemokines and their receptors. We summarize the research progress on the expressions and functions of CXCR, a member of the receptor subfamily, in the nervous system. The analysis of the mechanism of chemokines and their receptors will provide reference and basis for drug discovery and disease treatment strategy.
