摘要
中药挥发油是芳香类药材的代表性成分,具有抑菌、抗炎、抗过敏等药理活性,在医药及食品领域引起了广泛的关注。但其化学成分复杂,具有易氧化及水溶性差等缺点,限制了相关产品的开发利用。近年来,大量研究发现微乳系统能够充分提高中药挥发油的生物利用度及稳定性。现就微乳系统稳定中药挥发油取得的研究成果进行综述。
The volatile oil from traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) have attracted extensive attentions in the field of medicine and food because of their antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti allergic and other pharmacological effects.However, the development and utilization of volatile oil related products of TCM are limited because of its complex chemical composition, easy oxidation and poor water solubility.This paper reviews the research progress of stabilizing volatile oil from TCM by microemulsion system.
