摘要
中药挥发油因具有多种药理活性,在临床、食品、化妆品等领域引起研究者高度重视,但因其水溶性差、易挥发、稳定性差等缺点,限制了相关产品开发及临床应用。一些固化技术及载体系统能有效防止中药挥发油类成分挥发,已成为当前研究的热点。本文通过梳理分析近年相关文献,以期为中药挥发油稳定固化研究提供参考。
TCM volatile oil has attracted great attention from researchers in clinical,food,cosmetics and other fields due to its various pharmacological activities.However,due to its poor water solubility,easy volatility,and poor stability,the development and clinical application of related products are limited.Some curing method and carrier systems have become the focus of current research because they can effectively prevent the volatilization of TCM volatile oil.This article analyzed the relevant literature in recent years,in order to provide a reference for the research on the stability and solidification of TCM volatile oil.
