摘要
膝关节作为人体运动系统的重要组成部分,其活动度大,结构相对复杂,在生活中容易受到损伤,是常见的老年性退行性关节病变之一,为生产、生活带来诸多不便。膝骨关节炎的治疗方法多种多样,选择合理的方式,对于提高临床治疗水平具有重要的作用,对患者生活质量的提升也具有极其重要的意义。近年来,受中医文化的影响,使用电针治疗膝骨关节炎已被广大患者接受,且其治疗效果显而易见。通过查阅相关文献,发现电针治疗膝骨关节炎的作用机制主要是通过抗炎、镇痛以及调节相关信号通路中的相关因子表达等方面以促进软骨细胞修复达到膝关节功能状况的改善,从而治疗该病。该文主要从膝骨关节炎使用电针治疗的作用机制以及电针在临床中的应用疗效方面进行综述。作者将对其总结与论述,为今后的临床研究提供相关基础资料。
As an important part of the human motion system,the knee joint has a large range of motion and a relatively complex structure. It is easily damaged in life. It is one of the common senile degenerative joint diseases,which brings a lot of inconvenience to production and life. There are various treatment methods for knee osteoarthritis,and choosing a reasonable method plays an important role in improving the level of clinical treatment and improving the quality of life of patients. In recent years,under the influence of traditional Chinese medicine culture,the use of electroacupuncture to treat knee osteoarthritis has been accepted by the majority of patients,and its therapeutic effect is obvious. By reviewing relevant literature,it is found that the mechanism of electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is mainly through anti-inflammatory,analgesic and regulating the expression of related factors in related signaling pathways to promote the repair of chondrocytes to improve the functional status of the knee joint,to treat the disease.This article mainly reviews the mechanism of electroacupuncture for knee osteoarthritis and the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture. The author will summarize and discuss it to provide relevant basic data for future clinical research.
