摘要
医生职业能力是医院可持续发展的关键。笔者基于1992-2022年9月的国内文献使用共词分析和社会网络分析探讨临床医生职业能力现状与发展建议。研究显示,国内医生职业能力研究的起步较晚,但研究的总体态势呈上升趋势;从研究热点看,文献主要聚焦在基层医生能力、临床医生工作能力、医生沟通与共情能力、年轻医生能力培养等4个方面,未来研究可在医生能力结构及其影响因素、医生能力评价以及人文素养等方面拓展,进一步丰富和拓展医生能力理论研究,为医学人才培养和开发提供理论指导和决策参考。
The professional ability of doctors is the key to the sustainable development of hospitals. Based on the analysis of co-words and social networks in domestic literature from 1992 to 2022, this paper discusses the current situation and development suggestions for clinicians’ professional competence. The research shows that the research on the professional competence of doctors in China started late,but the overall trend of the research is on the rise;From the perspective of research hotspots, the literature mainly focuses on four aspects:the ability of grassroots doctors, the working ability of clinicians, the ability of doctors to communicate and empathize, and the ability training of young doctors. Future research can expand on the structure of doctors’ ability and its influencing factors, the evaluation of doctors’ ability, and humanistic quality, further enriching and expanding the theoretical research on doctors’ ability in China, It provides theoretical guidance and decision-making reference for the training and development of medical talents in China.
