摘要
基于Mayer等对主体可信性的划分,以网络问诊平台“春雨医生”上的医患互动话语为语料,结合在线医疗问诊过程中医生用以建构自身可信度的话语及相应的语言-语用资源的研究发现,信任作为实现有效医患沟通的关键,其重要性不容小觑。医生的信任话语主要包括能力型话语、品质型话语和善意型话语,这三类话语经由特定的言语行为、话语标记和人称指示语来实现。这些语言-语用资源的使用,起到凸显医生能力、品质与善意的作用,从而有利于赢得患者的信任。
Relying on data from the e-healthcare platform Chunyu Doctor,this study investigates different types of trust discourse adopted by e-doctors in online medical consultations based on three dimensions of trustworthiness proposed by Mayer et al.It is found that trust is central to effective doctor-patient communication so its importance cannot be underestimated.The investigation also yields three types of trust discourse by e-doctors,namely ability-oriented discourse,integrity-oriented discourse and benevolence-oriented discourse,pragma-linguistically realized through the use of specific speech acts,discourse markers and personal deixis.These pragma-linguistic resources play an important role in highlighting e-doctors ability,integrity and benevolence,thereby contributing to gaining patients trust.
