摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在经阴道超声引导下取卵术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月在徐州市中心医院生殖医学科开展经阴道超声引导下取卵术的60例不孕症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)、研究组(n=30)。对照组选择常规护理,研究组则选择舒适护理,比较两组的各项评分(如舒适度和心理)及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组的舒适度评分高于对照组,研究组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不孕症患者经阴道超声引导下取卵术围手术期,舒适护理干预可提高其舒适度,使其心理得到改善,对护理服务更感满意。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in transvaginal ultrasound-guided oocyte retrieval.Methods A total of 60 infertility patients who underwent transvaginal ultrasound-guided oocyte retrieval in Department of Reproductive Medicine of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and the cases were divided into the control group(n=30)and the study group(n=30)by random number table method.In the control group,routine care was selected,while in the study group,comfort nursing was selected,and scores(such as comfort and psychology)and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After nursing,the comfort score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the anxiety and depression scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing intervention can make infertility patients feel comfortable,improve their psychology and make them more satisfied with nursing services during the perioperative period of oocyte retrieval guided by vaginal ultrasound.
