矿用自动钻机故障辅助诊断系统的研究

摘要 目前矿用自动钻机在施工过程中遇到故障,只能通过人工观察和经验判断来排查。由于钻机涉及专业知识的复杂性和操作人员的不确定性,初学者难以在短时间内正确、有效地处理故障。针对这种情况,提出了一种自动钻机故障辅助诊断系统。通过分析钻机自动打钻、卸钻的状态控制流程图,判定钻机故障节点,再结合钻机故障分析与解决方案数据库,提出相应的解决方案。工业性试验证明,该系统具有准确性与可行性,能有效辅助操作人员减少解决故障的时间,从而提高钻进施工效率。 At present, the mine automatic drilling rig encounters faults during the construction process,which can only be checked through manual observation and empirical judgment. Due to the complexity of professional knowledge involved in drilling rigs and the uncertainty of operators, it is difficult for beginners to deal with faults correctly and effectively in a short period of time. In view of this situation,proposed a fault auxiliary diagnosis system for automatic drilling rig. By analyzing the state control flow chart of the automatic drilling and unloading of drilling rig, the fault nodes of the drilling rig were determined, and then combined with the fault analysis and solution database of the drilling rig, the corresponding solutions were proposed. The industrial test shows that the system is accurate and feasible,which can effectively assist the operator to reduce the time for troubleshooting, thereby improves the efficiency of drilling.
