摘要 在简单介绍故障诊断理论的基础上,重点评述了智能故障诊断技术的发展状况,并简要介绍专家系统故障诊断方法、模糊逻辑故障诊断方法、神经网络故障诊断方法、故障树故障诊断方法和基于案例的故障诊断方法,对每种方法均介绍了它的诊断原理与步骤,分析了它的特点及缺陷,最后指出了这一领域中有待进一步研究的若干问题和发展趋势。 After the brief introduction on the fault diagnosis theory, this paper reviews the state of the intelligent tautt diagnosis technology especially, first, expert system fault diagnosis, fuzzy logic fault diagnosis, neural network fault diagnosis, fault tree fault diagnosis and case-based fault diagnosis are introduced simply. Then the steps of every fault diagnosis methods are presented, the most important peculiarity and their limitations in each category are introduced and analysed. Finally further problem to be studied in this field and the development trends are pointed out.
