摘要
目的探讨和分析不同军机种飞行人员正常血压高值的发生情况及原因。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月在桂林康复疗养中心疗养的517名飞行人员,根据不同军种和机种以及飞行人员血压值情况进行分组,分析比较不同军机种飞行人员正常高值血压发生情况。结果歼击机、运输机、直升机总的正常高值血压发生率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。不同军种同机种飞行人员年龄、飞行时间相互比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。空军歼击机飞行人员正常高值血压发生率明显高于海军歼击机飞行人员,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。空军直升机飞行人员正常血压高值发生率明显高于海军直升机飞行人员,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。正常高值血压组海军运输机飞行人员收缩压明显高于空军运输机飞行人员,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。正常低值血压组海军运输机飞行人员收缩压明显低于空军运输机飞行人员,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论不同军种和机种飞行人员正常高值血压发生率有不同差异,飞行时间和年龄对正常高值血压发生率有正负两面影响。
Objective To explore and analyze the occurrence and causes of normal high blood pressure in flight crew of different military aircraft types.Methods We selected 517 pilots convalescing in Guilin Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center from January 2018 to December 2020,grouped them according to different military services and aircraft types and the blood pressure of pilots,and analyzed and compared the occurrence of high normal blood pressure among pilots of different military aircraft types.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of total normal high blood pressure among fighter,transport and helicopter(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in age and flight time among pilots of different services and aircraft type(P>0.05).The incidence of normal high blood pressure in air force fighter pilots was significantly higher than that in navy fighter pilots,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of normal high blood pressure in air force helicopter pilots was significantly higher than that in naval helicopter pilots,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure of the pilots of naval transport aircraft in the normal high blood pressure group was significantly higher than that of the pilots of air transport aircraft,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure of naval transport aircrafts in the normal low blood pressure group was significantly lower than that of air transport aircrafts(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of normal high blood pressure in pilots of different military services and aircraft types is different.Flight time and age have positive and negative effects on the incidence of normal high blood pressure.
