摘要
目的了解职场高血压和正常血压高值的患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率,分析职场高血压患病率及其影响因素。方法2019年11月~2020年6月对合肥某集团公司在职职工2616人进行横断面调查,分析高血压及血压高值患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率,并用多元Logistic回归分析高血压与血压高值的危险因素。结果高血压患病率为43.12%,血压高值患病率为30.15%。男性高血压患病率高于女性(51.84%vs 22.47%,P<0.05),且患病率随着年龄的上升而增加(P<0.001)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,职场高血压的危险因素为男性、年龄、肥胖、高尿酸血症、高血糖、血脂异常、脂肪肝、管理人员、饮酒(≥3次/周)、高血压家族史。在高血压人群中知晓率为41.50%、治疗率为30.18%、控制率为10.88%。结论该公司职场高血压、血压高值患病率高,但高血压的知晓率、治疗率、控制率较低。应加强职工对血压的监测,对危险因素进行干预,从而降低职场高血压的发病率。
Objective To understand the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control rates of workplace hypertension and normal blood pressure,and analyze the prevalence of workplace hypertension and its influencing factors.Methods From November 2019 to June 2020,a cross-sectional survey of 2616 employees of a group company in Hefei was conducted to analyze the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control rates of hypertension and high blood pressure,and use multiple logistic regression analysis to analyze the high risk factors for blood pressure and high blood pressure.Results The prevalence of hypertension was 43.12%,and the prevalence of high blood pressure was 30.15%.The prevalence of hypertension in men was higher than that in women(51.84%vs 22.47%,P<0.05),and the prevalence increased with age(P<0.001).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for workplace hypertension were male,age,obesity,hyperuricemia,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia,fatty liver,management staff,drinking(≥3 times/week),and family history of hypertension.Among the hypertensive population,the awareness rate was 41.50%,the treatment rate was 30.18%,and the control rate was 10.88%.Conclusion The company has a high prevalence of hypertension and high blood pressure in the workplace,but the awareness,treatment,and control rates of hypertension are low.The blood pressure monitoring of employees should be strengthened,and risk factors should be intervened to reduce the incidence of hypertension in the workplace.
