摘要
为了探究轮毂比对无轴泵喷推进器内流特性的影响,本文基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和多重坐标系对无轴泵喷不同轮毂比(0.20、0.23、0.25)下的内部流动进行了非定常数值计算与分析。结果表明:随着轮毂比的增大,模型泵喷扬程、效率和推力均有所降低;叶片表面压力从叶梢到轮缘的压力梯度变小;叶轮中部速度略微减小,叶轮中心速度逐渐增大;叶轮出口漩涡强度先增强后减弱,漩涡面积朝着出口延长段出口逐渐扩大;叶轮中部压力脉动略微增大,叶轮轮缘和中心处压力脉动变化较小。无轴泵喷进口和出口中心处的主频略低于轴频,其余各点主频为轴频。轮毂比增加至0.25时,叶轮出口及出口延长段中心压力脉动主频处幅值大幅增加。研究结果能够为无轴泵喷推进器结构的优化设计提供一定参考。
In order to explore the influence of hub ratio on the internal flow characteristics of shaftless pump-jet propulsor,the internal flow characteristics of shaftless pump jet were numerically calculated and analyzed unsteadily under different hub ratios(0.20,0.23,and 0.25)based on RNG k-εturbulence model and a multicoordinate system.The results show that with an increase in the hub ratio,the head,efficiency,and thrust of the model pump jet decrease slightly,the pressure gradient on the surface of the blade decreases from tip to rim,the velocity in the middle of the impeller decreases slightly,the center speed of the impeller increases gradually,the vortex strength at the impeller outlet first increases and then weakens,and the vortex area gradually expands toward the outlet of the exit extension section.In addition,with an increase in the hub ratio,the pressure fluctuations in the middle of the impeller increase slightly,with small pressure fluctuations at the wheel rim and center of the impeller.The main frequency at the center of the inlet and outlet is slightly lower than the shaft frequency,and the main frequencies at the other points are the same as the shaft frequency.When the hub ratio increases to 0.25,the amplitudes of the main frequency of the pressure pulsation at the impeller outlet and the outlet extension section increase considerably.These research results can provide some reference for the optimization design of the shaftless pump-jet thruster.
