摘要
为了满足泵站设计规范要求,提高城市防洪治涝能力,文中针对TJ04-ZL-02和TJ04-ZL-20模型鹅湖泵站的设计采用湿定子潜水贯流泵,对两个不同类型的湿定子贯流潜水泵装置模型进行了能量性能、空化性能、飞逸、压力脉动及泵轮带转子环的试验,精准找到了最优效能泵型,可供类似工程参考。
In order to meet the requirements of pump station design specifications and improve the city’s flood control and waterlogging control capacity,this paper adopts wet stator submersible through-flow pump with TJ04-ZL-02 and TJ04-ZL-20 models in the design of the Ehu pump station.The experiments of energy performance,cavitation performance,flight,pressure pulsation and pump wheel belt rotor ring are carried out with two different types of wet stator submersible through-flow pump device models.Precisely found the optimal efficiency of the pump type,for similar engineering reference.
