摘要
为了有效解决大直径缓坡段输水隧洞压力钢管安装施工诸多难题,应用挖掘机液压反铲机械改造、专用支架制作、压力钢管变形控制等施工方法,并采取U形垫块式支架配合手拉葫芦、设置钢管内支撑等措施,采用合理的焊接工艺避免焊接应力集中现象,完成了输水隧洞压力钢管运输、调整及安装。工程应用实践证明该技术效果较好,具有较好的推广应用前景。
In order to effectively solve many problems in the installation and construction of penstock in the large diameter and gentle slope section of water conveyance tunnel,this paper applies the construction methods such as mechanical transformation of excavator hydraulic backhoe,special bracket making and deformation control of penstock,and adopts the measures such as U-shaped cushion bracket with hand hoist,setting the inner support of steel pipe,and adopts reasonable welding process to avoid the phenomenon of welding stress concentration and completes the transportation,adjustment and installation of the penstock in the water conveyance tunnel.The engineering practice shows that the technology has good effect and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
