摘要
五门十变是古代先贤仰观天象,融汇易理的一种法则。通过查阅古今文献,了解五门十变法的渊源、学说基础。元代王国瑞《扁鹊神应针灸玉龙经》最早将该法系统地运用于针灸配穴上,并称其为五门十变配穴法。研究五门十变法与经络系统的关系及其在针灸上的取穴原则和临床实践,依据易理之法将十天干和十脏腑所对应的经络相配,再采取对位法的方式,两两配为一组,该法舍去时间的限制,抛去算法的束缚,又与辨证结合紧密,相比之前的配穴更具备一些优势。五门十变配穴法分为互合法和化合法。互合法是取与病变经经气相通的经络的本穴进行治疗,多用于四肢病变。化合法则是在十天干配对成五个属性后,通过辨别脏腑经络的虚实,运用五行之间相生的法则,基于子母补泻法下的应用,多用于内科病。五门十变法的通经理论是对经络之间相互联系的一个补充,更是对中医理论的补充和诠释。文章旨在探寻五门十变法在针灸临床上的指导价值,拓宽针灸临床的诊断与治疗思路,以飨同道。
The Wumen Shibian(五门十变)are a kind of law that the ancient sages looked up at the heavens and integrated the reason.Through consulting ancient and modern documents,we can understand the origin and theoretical basis of Wumen Shibian.In the Yuan Dynasty,WANG Guorui’s Bianque Shenying Zhenjiu Yulong Jing(《扁鹊神应针灸玉龙经》)first systematically applied this method to acupuncture and moxibustion acupoints,and called it Wumen Shibian method.To study the relationship between Wumen Shibian method and the meridian system and its principle and clinical practice in acupuncture,according to the method of Yili(易理),the meridians corresponding to the ten Tiangan(十天干)and the ten internal organs are matched,and then the counterpoint method is adopted,and the two are matched as a group,which gives up the time limit,throws away the constraints of the algorithm,and is closely combined with dialectics,which has some advantages over the previous matching points.The Wumen Shibian method are divided into mutual legality and legal legality.Mutual legality is to take the main point of the meridians that communicate with the lesion through Qi(气)for treatment,and is mostly used for limb lesions.Legalization is to use the law of coexistence between the five elements after the ten Tiangan is paired into five attributes,by identifying the virtual reality of the internal organs meridians,using the law of coexistence between the five elements,based on the application of the Zimu Buxie method(子母补泻法),mostly used for internal medicine.The theory of the Wumen Shibian is a supplement to the interconnection between meridians,and it is also a supplement and interpretation of the theory of TCM.This article aims to explore the guiding value of the Wumen Shibian in the clinical practice of acupuncture,broaden the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of acupuncture,and share the person of same belief.
