摘要
目的总结黄芪桂枝五物汤的应用情况和用药规律,为临床运用提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase和Cochrane Library收录的2000年1月1日-2021年12月31日黄芪桂枝五物汤临床研究文献。采用VOSviewer1.6.13软件绘制纳入文献关键词共现网络,分析研究热点,采用Excel整理并分析治疗的疾病、证型、用药情况和疗程。结果经筛选,最终纳入文献498篇。高频关键词有“糖尿病周围神经病变”“脑卒中”“神经根型颈椎病”“产后身痛”“中医药疗法”“针灸”等;治疗的疾病主要为糖尿病及其并发症(54.0%)、运动系统疾病(21.9%)、中枢神经系统疾病(12.1%),治疗的证型有气虚血瘀证、气滞血瘀证等;方中饴糖平均用量最大,但使用频次较少,白芍平均用量约为桂枝的2倍;纳入文献疗程多为4周内。结论2000-2021年黄芪桂枝五物汤临床研究发文量总体呈上升趋势,神经功能、脑卒中、联用针灸方面是该领域近年研究热点。
Objective To investigate the application and medication law of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction;To provide reference for clinical application.Methods Literature about clinical application of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021.VOSviewer1.6.13 software was used to draw the co-occurrence network of keywords included in the literature,and the research focus was analyzed.Excel was used to sort out and analyze the diseases,syndrome types,medication and treatment course of the literature.Results After screening,498 articles were included.The high-frequency keywords were“diabetic peripheral neuropathy”,“stroke”,“radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis”,“postpartum pain”,“TCM therapy”,“acupuncture”,etc.The main diseases treated were diabetes and its complications(54.0%),motor system related diseases(21.9%),central nervous system diseases(12.1%),and the syndrome types treated were qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,etc.The average amount of caramel in the prescription was the largest,but with low frequency;the average amount of Paeoniae Radix Alba was about 2 times of Cinnamomi Ramulus.The treatment course of included literature was mostly within 4 weeks.Conclusion The number of articles published in clinical application of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has been on the rise from 2000 to 2021,and neural function,stroke and combination with acupuncture have been the research hotspots in this field in recent years.
