从“伏毒”论治糖尿病肾病 被引量:6

Treatment of DPN Based on‘Latent Toxin’

摘要 本文通过对“伏毒”理论溯源,认为“伏毒”与糖尿病肾病存在密切关系,并探讨两者相关性。病因方面,内、外之毒与内、外病因致病相对应;病机方面,“伏毒”正气亏虚,毒邪内伏的特点与糖尿病肾病本虚标实,虚实夹杂的特点相符;证候特点方面,“伏毒”隐伏、缠绵、暗耗、暴戾、杂合、多变的病性特点,与糖尿病肾病早期症状不明显,后期病情严重,反复发作、迁延不愈的证候特点相吻合。本文基于“伏毒”理论,提出了扶正祛毒治疗糖尿病肾病的原则,其中“扶正”包括补肾、健脾,“祛毒”包括祛湿化痰、活血化瘀、养阴清热,治疗多攻补兼施。 It is regarded that‘latent toxin’is closely related to diabetic nephropathy(DNP)by tracing the theory origin of‘latent toxin’,and the relationship between them were discussed in the study.In terms of etiology,internal and external toxin correspond to internal and external etiology.In terms of pathogenesis,the characteristics of‘latent toxin’and vital-Qi deficiency were consistent with the features of deficient root and excess manifestation,intermingled deficiency and excess of DPN.In terms of syndrome characteristics,the concealed,lingering,consumed,violent,mixed and changeable features of‘latent toxin’are consistent with the features of symptoms in DPN,which are not obvious in the early stage,but serious in the late stage,with repeated attack and delay recovery.Based on the theory of‘latent toxin’,the principle of supporting vital-Qi and removing toxin are put forward in treatment of DPN.Supporting vital-Qi includes tonifying Kidney and Spleen,and removing toxin includes dispelling dampness and phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,nourishing Yin and clearing heat.The treatment mainly focuses on combination of tonifying and reducing.
