20W1200电工钢开发实践

摘要 新能源汽车驱动电机要求动力强、体积小、能耗低,这就要求新能源汽车用冷轧无取向电工钢具备厚度薄、铁损P1.0/400 Hz低、磁感B5000高、机械性能高的特点。本文通过采用对比一次冷轧法和二次冷轧法,结合不同的再结晶退火温度,摸索生产新能源汽车用20W1200电工钢最佳生产工艺,结果表明随着再结晶退火温度升高,材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度降低,电磁性能P1.0/400 Hz先下降后上升,P1.5/50 Hz先下降后趋于平稳,磁感呈下降趋势。 The drive motor of new energy vehicles requires strong power,small size and low energy consumption,which requires cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel for new energy vehicles to have the characteristics of thin thickness,low iron loss P1.0/400 Hz,high magnetic induction B5000and high mechanical properties.In this paper,the best production process for the production of 20W1200 electrical steel for new energy vehicles is explored by comparing the primary cold rolling method and the secondary cold rolling method,combined with different recrystallization annealing temperatures,and the results show that with the increase of recrystallization annealing temperature,the yield strength and tensile strength of the material decrease,the electromagnetic performance P1.0/400 Hzfirst decreases and then rises,P1.5/50 Hzfirst decreases and then tends to stabilize,and the magnetic induction shows a downward trend.
